Challenge: The Association of Florida Colleges (AFC) is undergoing a restructuring and aims to better connect with its target audience by modernizing its digital presence to align with its strategic goals. As part of this process, the association sought support in refining its brand identity, crafting key messaging, enhancing visuals, optimizing for search engines (SEO), and ensuring effective implementation.
Implementation: At LHPR, we were brought in to evaluate the customer experience and strengthen the association’s brand by creating a cohesive brand guide, a user-friendly website, and a targeted email marketing strategy. We began by crafting detailed brand guidelines that included color palettes, typography, imagery, and logo variations, equipping the association’s team to present a unified brand identity across all channels.
Building on this foundation, we designed a modern, accessible website to replace their outdated and difficult-to-navigate version. This new site features streamlined messaging and compelling visuals, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for users. Finally, we developed an email marketing campaign to highlight the association’s value to its members, focusing on retention and helping rebuild their membership to its former strength.
Results: With our refreshed branding, newly accessible website, and targeted email strategy, the association has entered a new era of growth. Members are engaging more actively with association resources, and the website has quickly become a go-to resource. With each email, more members are reengaging with their benefits, driving a significant increase in renewals and restoring the organization’s membership base.
