Client: Florida Head Start Association, Inc.

Challenge: The Florida Head Start Association is dedicated to addressing issues that affect more than 41,000 Head Start, Early Head Start, Migrant, and Seasonal Head Start children and families in Florida. As a statewide organization, the Association works collaboratively with early childhood programs throughout Florida, the Florida Department of Children and Families, and the National Head Start Association, and the Office of Head Start.

Implementation: LHPR is tasked to develop strategic communication plans based on the organization’s strategic plan that include streamlining member communications, elevating the brand on all owned media channels, develop personalized content for segmented audiences, and provide analysis of all metrics related to the campaign’s Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Results: In the first month, LHPR increased the Association’s digital performance by 3.1K unique website users and increased the audience reach on social media by 61.7%. LHPR continues to work alongside the Florida Head Start Association providing strategic communication and driving value to Florida’s Head Start Programs.
