Challenge: The Florida Head Start Association (FHSA) is a statewide organization dedicated to improving outcomes for over 41,000 Head Start, Early Head Start, Migrant, and Seasonal Head Start children and families in Florida. Collaborating with early childhood programs, the Florida Department of Children and Families, and the National Head Start Association, and the Office of Head Start, the Association needed a cohesive digital communications strategy to enhance its impact and streamline member engagement.
Implementation: Our team was engaged to develop strategic digital communication plans aligned with the organization’s five year strategic plan. This included refining member communications, elevating the brand across owned media channels, creating targeted content for specific audience segments, and analyzing campaign performance based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Results: In the first month, our efforts increased unique website visitors by 3,100 and boosted social media audience engagements by 61.7%. LHPR continues to partner with FHSA, providing strategic communications that add measurable value to its programs and outreach efforts.
